Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; PALS; BLS; CERT-ENPC(Copy needed); CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if RN is not yet certified
