Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
Provide care to trauma level 3 patients, including GSW, stabbing, MVA, and falls
Manage patients with stroke, heart failure, and chest pain
Interpret cardiac rhythms and perform conscious sedation
Administer critical care drips and manage chest tubes and NGT placements
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Preferred: TNCC certification
