Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting with at least 45,600 visits per year. License: Valid state nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS PALS Cerner EMR experience required Must-Have: Triage experience is required. Travel experience is necessary. Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. Every other weekend and holiday availability is required. Candidates must possess expert prioritization and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced emergency room environment. Description: The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in an emergency department. Candidates will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Experience in managing emergency situations, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams is essential.
