Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
Deliver patient-centered care in a 54-bed emergency department
Manage patient ratios of 4:1 efficiently
Coordinate care with a team of RNs, paramedics, and charge nurses
Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient care
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
1.5 years of ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
Good prioritization and time management skills
Preferred: 2+ years of ER experience and Meditech EHR experience
