Key Responsibilities of the ED RN: Main ED and PBED- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level 2 Trauma ED setting
- Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records management
- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 in zone
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, techs, and paramedics
- Participate in patient admission processes for ED holding patients
Requirements of the ED RN: Main ED and PBED- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- High-caliber patient experience skills
