Mandatory onboarding requirements include a criminal background check and child abuse check, which must be fully cleared prior to start. Drug testing is required, specifically a 10 panel screening including opiates. Titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be current (within the last 12 months). The emergency department has 17 beds with patient ratios of 1:6. The average daily visit volume is around 40 patients. Floating requirements may apply.
