Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, MOAB Must-Have: - 2 years of Emergency Department experience - Minimum of 2 prior travel contracts - Experience in caring for critical care patients - Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations - Strong team collaboration skills - Clear and timely communication skills Description: This position requires weekend and evening rotation based on department needs. Candidates must have experience managing critical care situations while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation. You will be expected to effectively care for both psychiatric and pediatric patient populations. Collaboration within the healthcare team is essential, and candidates must communicate clearly and in a timely manner. Concerns should be escalated appropriately, and seeking support when needed is crucial to ensure patient safety. Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly EPIC, is preferred. There may be a need to float to different locations within your skill set or to sites within a 40-mile radius if required.
