Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour and Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current experience required License: Active state or compact license required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS, CPI (or Avade) required Must-Have: Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis. Float required within the scope of practice. Every other weekend work required. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Ratios can fluctuate with census and call-ins. Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered; locals not accepted. Description: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of current emergency room experience. Candidates must have certifications including AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS, and CPI (or Avade). The flu vaccine is mandatory, and declinations are not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The registered nurse will be required to float within the scope of practice and work every other weekend. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. The provider must acknowledge that ratios can fluctuate based on patient census and staffing needs. All candidates must reside 75 miles or more from the unit to qualify.
