Certifications: CERT-TNCC(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention
SSN Required

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

6 week Rapid Response contract, 48hrs/week.
No time off requests.
Traveler must start within 7 days of receiving offer.

AMN travel experience within the last 12 months REQUIRED
CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if RN is not yet certified
