Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room or equivalent size License: Active license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required (must be willing to obtain if offered) Must-Have: - Recent Emergency Room travel experience within the past 6-8 months preferred - Level II or III trauma experience Description: Urgent need for a registered nurse in the emergency department. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency room or an equivalent setting. Experience with both adults and children is essential. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a wide range of emergency situations. Skills such as administering emergency medications, performing triage, and managing ventilated patients are required. Candidate must be prepared to handle cases involving trauma, drug overdoses, and various medical emergencies. Experience with a charting system is preferred. This position may involve working on holidays.
