Core staffing needs require 33 personnel. Day shift typically has 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 Health Unit Coordinator, and 1 Tech. Night shift typically has 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 Health Unit Coordinator, and 1 Tech. Patient ratios are either 4:1 or 5:1. Equipment utilized includes Philips and the EMR system is Meditech. Skills most sought after include tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care.
