Description: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Position requires a flexible approach with a focus on patient-centered care. The role involves managing a variety of emergency cases, from minor to critical care. Patient to nurse ratios are typically 4:1 and may flex to 5:1 based on demand. Nurses will not float outside of the unit and will not be on-call. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills are essential. Candidates must have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
