• Work in a modern, well-staffed emergency department with 52 beds and a team of 134 clinical professionals
• Collaborative shift structure includes charge nurse, 4 nurses, tech support, unit clerk, physician, and mid-level provider per pod
• Average patient ratios of 3:1, with flexible team-based approach for pediatric patients
• EMR system: Meditech; equipment includes Alaris IV pumps
• Diverse case mix including IV therapy, medication administration, sedations, and pediatric emergency care
• Dynamic, fast-paced environment with experienced staff committed to excellence in emergency medicine

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Current RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC (required)
• ENPC certification preferred
• Experience working in large facility emergency departments or travel nursing assignments strongly preferred
• Meditech EMR experience highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with diverse patient populations
