Must-Have: Candidate must be able to pass a clinical assessment prior to acceptance. Candidate is required to have natural hair color and no facial piercings. Men must be clean-shaven for fit test. Candidates must complete specific clinical competencies during orientation. Description: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and providing care to patients with trauma and urgent medical conditions. The nursing ratio is 1:4. Emergency room manages an average of 250-300 patients per day, with a yearly total of approximately 88,000 patients. Common patient diagnoses include trauma, burns, and pediatric cases. Nurses will need to complete tasks such as Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes. All staff are expected to maintain a sterile field during procedures. Candidates must be prepared to float to nearby facilities as needed. There is a requirement to work four weekend shifts per month, including both Saturdays and Sundays. The emergency room operates with a total of 36 acute beds and 54 subacute beds. Respiratory therapy is available 24/7, along with pharmacy services during operational hours. The nurse will be supported by charge nurses and nursing aides for optimal patient care delivery. The emergency department is committed to providing high-quality care to all patients.
