The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts from 17:45 to 06:15. The nurse will work every third weekend and every other holiday. Patient ratios are 1:4 for this position. The facility handles a variety of patient types, including pediatric cases. Additional requirements include responding to emergencies, administering medications, and managing complex patient needs. The unit offers interdisciplinary support, including respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. The role includes various responsibilities and expected skills in emergency care. All necessary certifications must be obtained prior to starting. Modules must be completed before the start date to ensure compliance.
