**Job Description:**
- **Position Type:** Contract RN in the Emergency Department
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Shifts:** 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- **On-call Requirements:** None
- **Weekend Shifts:** 4 shifts per schedule
**Unit Highlights:**
- **Number of Beds:** 23
- **Staff Composition:**
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 1 Paramedic, 1 PCT (staffing may vary based on patient volume)
- Midshift: 4 RNs (staffing may vary based on patient volume)
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 1 Paramedic, 1 PCT (staffing may vary based on patient volume)
- **Patient Ratios:** 4:1
- **Type of Equipment:** Welch Allyn, GE
- **Electronic Medical Record (EMR):** Meditech
**Qualifications:**
- **Required Certifications:** ALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC or PALS
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year ED experience; 2 years ED experience preferred
- **Desirable Skills:** ENPC versus PALS
**Typical Procedures:**
- Cardioversion
- TNK
- Moderate Sedation
