Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related setting. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIHSS are required. Charge experience is preferred. Patient ratio experience is ideal. Community hospital experience is preferred. Trauma Level I and II experience is beneficial. Experience with various patient diagnoses and emergency situations is essential. Skills in managing critical care situations, including intubation and procedural sedation, are necessary. Candidates should be able to perform phlebotomy and arterial line management. Ability to work with diverse patient age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, is required. The position involves rotation between designated sections based on patient volume. Special equipment operation experience is a plus. This role requires strong collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams. Candidates should have the ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.
