Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years License: Active RN license in the State of Maine Certifications: BLS/ACLS certification Must-Have: Previous charge experience and preceptor experience preferred, but not required. Description: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a dynamic ED team for a 13-week assignment. This position consists of 36 hours per week, working 3 - 12 hour shifts. Shift times are 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, with occasional variations based on census. No on-call duties are required, allowing ample time to enjoy local amenities. Candidates must hold an active RN license in the State of Maine along with BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS certification is a plus. Previous charge nurse or preceptor experience is preferred but not mandatory. It is essential to ensure timecards are completed accurately to avoid processing issues.
