Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide high-acuity patient care, including managing STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and pediatric patients
- Manage vents and high flow respiratory needs independently
- Administer routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
- Maintain a staff-to-patient ratio predominantly at 4:1, adjusting as necessary during peak census
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in both adult and pediatric emergency care
- Experience with the Epic system required
- TNCC certification preferred
