Registered Nurse, Long Term Care (LTC) Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment within a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Meeker, Colorado. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, focusing on patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and direct patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Required Qualifications
