Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience (required)
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (required)
• Telemetry experience (preferred)
• Previous travel nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in life-or-death situations
• Excellent communication skills with patients and families
• Demonstrated patience in high-stress clinical environments
