Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,200 per week in Breckenridge, MN

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ER/Medsurg Swing RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 7a-7p & 7p-7a Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Must have an active RN license Certifications: Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: Must have 2 years ER experience. Previous Medsurg experience is required. Description: This position involves working in the Emergency Room and Medsurg Swing unit. The facility is a Trauma Level IV center, with a STEMI receiving and Stroke designation. There are 4 beds and 2 trauma bays in the unit. The average number of patients treated in the ER per day is approximately 10. There is a Charge Nurse on each shift who takes patients. Registered Nurses are required to read their own telemetry strips. RN staff are expected to have knowledge of various respiratory therapy equipment. Floating to Medsurg and Swing bed may be required. Nurse aides and EMTs are available on call. Additional duties may include troubleshooting equipment as needed. Weekend and holiday requirements are applicable based on the set schedule. All staff are expected to wear navy blue scrubs. Candidates must adhere to a radius rule of 50 miles. Registered Nurses must not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any associated facility in the past year.
