Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,200 per week in Keyser, WV

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current, unexpired driver's license required for submission Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - 50-mile radius rule applies - Weekend requirements every other weekend - Holiday requirements - Disclosure of licensing hits at the time of submission Description: The emergency room consists of 8 beds. The nurse to patient ratio in the emergency room is generally 1 to 2, potentially 1 to 4. The average daily census in the emergency room is 29. Travelers typically do not float. Travelers are usually not put on call unless they request to be. The medication system used is Pyxis. The unit has a provider present with NP/PA support daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. Cancellation policy allows for 2 shift cancellations per 13-week assignment and 1 shift cancellation for assignments less than 13 weeks. The charting system used is EPIC. A BSN is not required for this role. Willingness to wait for the license to submit is expected. This position is within an acute care setting.
