Location: San Antonio, Texas

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week assignmentHighlights:

• Fast-paced emergency department providing comprehensive emergency care to the community
• Diverse case mix including conscious sedation, intubations, behavioral health, sepsis, stroke care (TPA administration), and chest pain management
• EMR system: Meditech
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Call requirements apply; floating may be required based on departmental needs
• Work with a friendly, patient-centered team dedicated to serving the community

Requirements:

• Active, compact Texas RN license (temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current PALS or ENPC certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification required
• CEN certification preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
