Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient treatment plans
- Utilize advanced equipment such as Baxter pumps and GE monitors
- Maintain patient documentation using the Cerner system
- Participate in patient triage and ensure timely updates to patient treatment plans
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications
- ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED
- At least 1-year experience in an ER setting
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and a strong teamwork mentality
