Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,230 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 24 months in the Emergency Room with recent experience in the last 12 months required. License: Active license to practice required. Certifications: TNCC, BLS, NIHSS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice. Description: TNCC and NIH certifications are required. Candidates must be residents of states outside Arizona. Candidates should outline all criteria they are willing to accept clearly. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requested time off (RTO) must be included in the submission and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept offers. Please ensure immediate notification if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Life support certifications must be from an acceptable vendor. Travel experience is highly preferred. Adherence to all background check standards is required. A complete cover page detailing all facilities willing to work in is necessary. A resume should include all facilities worked at, departments, trauma level designation, and number of beds. An ER skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Verification of an active license to practice must be conducted within 30 days. Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications from an approved vendor are required. Candidate's driver's license should be provided for residency verification.
