You will be responsible for triaging and managing a variety of patient conditions. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. You will participate in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management. The position requires skills in critical care and emergency interventions. Experience with charting in a relevant electronic medical record system is necessary. You should be proficient in IV management and medication administration. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in managing complex patient conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Skills such as airway management and central line management are essential.
