Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, MAB, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience in a trauma level II or III facility required - Ability to manage dysrhythmias, central line care, IV vasopressors, and care of ventilated patients - Experience in triage and trauma Description: This position requires a registered nurse with experience in the emergency room setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves managing patients of various age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. The nurse will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, including phlebotomy and social services. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4 during shifts. Weekend coverage is required. Candidates must adhere to a strict dress code policy. All tattoos must be covered, and no visible body piercings other than earrings are permitted. Candidates should not have facial hair, acrylic nails, or unnatural hair colors. Earrings must not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoop earrings. Module completion is expected to be done during the orientation period.
