Description:
Experience with Care Coordination is required.
Utilization review experience is necessary.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the State of New York.
PRI and Screen certification must be obtained within three months of employment.
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration as a Registered Professional Nurse is required.
AHA BLS certification is necessary.
Local candidates are preferred.
