Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in Asheville, NC. This is a travel assignment requiring expertise in a Level 2 trauma center environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide high-quality care in a high-volume emergency department
- Perform patient assessments and triage
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care utilizing Cerner systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications before start date
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center
- At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting
- Ability to work weekends and be flexible within all sections of the ED
- Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
