Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform IV/blood draws and cardiac monitoring
- Administer moderate sedation as required
- Utilize equipment such as Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, and Ventilators
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Must demonstrate compassion and empathy
- Preferred experience with TNCC or ENPC
