**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of patients when they need it the most? - As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department (ED), you'll be on the front lines, providing specialized, innovative care to patients of all ages. - You will be equipped to handle a range of emergency situations, showcasing your skills in trauma management and quick, decisive action. - As an ideal candidate, you will: - Quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with physical and mental health conditions. - Prioritize injuries and medical needs to ensure the best outcomes for every patient. - Demonstrate a high level of performance and expertise in nursing practices. - Utilize your clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel, providing compassionate care. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment. - ED experience within the past six months. - Proven clinical knowledge and the ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. **Education & Certifications:** - ASN required; BSN preferred. - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - Current certifications in: - BLS-AHA - ACLS - Telemetry - PALS - NIHSS - CEU Contact Stroke (4 hours) **Work Schedule:** - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts - Every other weekend required **Scrub Color: Navy** **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
