  • EMR: EPIC\n
  • OT/Holiday: 1.15x\n multiplier\n
  • Call\n Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum\n
  • On\n Call: $9/hr\n
  • Charge/Precept: $6/hr\n

Billable OT:
