Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department in Claremore, OK. This travel assignment focuses on providing emergency care to patients of all ages, handling situations ranging from minor injuries to severe trauma. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Department- Assess patients' clinical conditions and take immediate action as necessary.
- Initiate emergency measures when a physician is unavailable.
- Operate and monitor emergency care equipment.
- Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed.
- Record observations and coordinate activities with nursing and other disciplines.
- Document healthcare requirements and manage staff assignments accordingly.
- Plan and develop care delivery and documentation strategies.
- Maintain adequate supplies and ensure a safe environment.
Requirements of the RN - Emergency Department- Minimum of 3 years experience in emergency care.
- Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check, Drug Screen, etc.).
- Ability to meet physical demands and lift up to 50 lbs.
