Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Perform emergency department triage and prioritize patient care
- Provide emergent life-saving interventions with ACLS and PALS protocols
- Care for patients of all ages with varying degrees of illness or trauma
- Utilize equipment such as Cerner, cardiac monitors, and basic life-saving tools
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Minimum 2 years of experience in an ER setting
- Current Indiana or compact RN license
- BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS, ENPC, and TNCC required
