We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Registered Nurse for an 8-week travel assignment at a Critical Access Hospital in Meeker, Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care across multiple specialties within a close-knit community hospital setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including medical-surgical, orthopedic, pediatric, and long-term care patients. You will manage a patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring personalized and attentive care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various specialties, including Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Long-Term Care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and document patient responses, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Long Term Care.
