Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,326 per week in Topeka, KS

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 or 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of strong ER experience, 4 years preferred License: Current RN license or multistate license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI Must-Have: Strong ER experience, ability to work independently Description: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Emergency Room. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of strong ER experience, with 4 years being ideal. Current RN licensing is required, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and MOAB/CPI certifications. All certifications must be valid and current at the time of application. Candidates should be prepared for a weekend rotation and holiday rotation as part of the position. A maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be allowed during the assignment, with only one holiday request. We utilize an emergency department with a capacity of 34 beds and operate as a level 2 trauma center. Experience with electronic medical records, particularly Epic, is preferred. Compliance documentation must be provided before the start date. We are not considering first-time travelers for this role. Candidates should possess the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The dress code for the unit is black scrubs.
