The facility features a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab testing services. A social worker is assigned to the department, along with a unit educator. The emergency department has 48 beds with flexible space. Patient ratios are 4:1 in the main department and 6:1 in fast track. Equipped with advanced medical equipment, including defibrillators and ultrasound-guided IVs. EHR system used is Cerner. The department serves a diverse patient population, including those with conditions such as ESRD, cirrhosis, COPD, and psychiatric needs. Common diagnoses and treatments include substance abuse disorders, psychological disorders, heart failure, abdominal pain, and chest pain. Two weekends are required per schedule.
