Effective immediately, you must include your Nursing Service Agency License up front with all submissions. This license is required by the state of Massachusetts in order to staff for temporary needs. Profiles will not be presented without required information. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted. Requests for time off after upload during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Personal scrubs of any color are required for dress code. All required certifications must be in hand at the time of profile upload. The facility will not pend certifications.
