Registered Nurse - Acute Care (Med-Surg/Telemetry)
Job Summary
This Registered Nurse position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive, age-specific direct patient care within an acute care setting in Morristown, Vermont. The role encompasses diverse specialties including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Step-Down, Progressive Care (PCU), Observation, and potentially Pediatric Medical-Surgical units, indicative of a Critical Access Hospital environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the full scope of the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes, while adhering to established standards of care.
This role also involves leadership responsibilities, including the delegation of tasks to other qualified healthcare team members, ensuring efficient and coordinated patient care delivery.
