The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, intervention, and stabilization, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, to identify immediate and ongoing care needs.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all protocols and standards.
Monitor patient conditions closely, interpret diagnostic tests, and document all care provided in a timely and precise manner.
Initiate and manage emergency interventions, including resuscitation efforts and stabilization procedures, in critical situations.
