Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

Provide emergency care to newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients
Manage patients in a high-pressure environment with conditions like stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
Operate specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
Flexibility to float within units as required

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

Active NY RN License and all RN licenses verified via NURSYS Report
Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department with pediatric experience
Travel nursing experience documented
Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications (TNCC required in hand)
Experience with EPIC EMR systems
