Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,411 per week in Arlington, VA

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Virginia

Start Date: As soon as possible (dependent on EPIC training schedule)

Location: Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week; 13-week assignment; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

• EPIC electronic medical records system (experience preferred; mandatory training provided)
• Comprehensive patient care including arterial line management, ventilated patients, central line care, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation
• Exposure to diverse emergency medicine including trauma, stroke, cardiac emergencies, and critical care

Requirements:

• Active Virginia or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 3 years of emergency department nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1 – March 31) with medical exemptions considered
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per CMS guidelines)
• Experience with triage, IV starts and maintenance, isolation precautions, dysrhythmia management, and critical care procedures strongly preferred
