Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,416 per week in Hackensack, NJ

Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED) Job Description: - Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of patients during their most critical moments? - Join our dynamic Emergency Department team, where your nursing skills will shine! - As an ED RN, you will: - Provide specialized care to patients of all ages in high-pressure situations. - Be equipped to handle a variety of trauma situations that require quick thinking and decisive action. - Assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions accurately and efficiently. - Prioritize injuries and medical needs to deliver the best possible care. - Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure excellent patient outcomes through effective communication. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an Emergency Department. - Recent ED experience within the past six months is essential. - Strong clinical knowledge with analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans. - Proficient in a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, families, and hospital staff. Education & Certifications: - ASN required; BSN preferred. - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - BLS-AHA, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, and NIHSS certifications. - CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours mandatory. Schedule: - Full-time hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3 x 12 shifts). - Every other weekend required and 3 holidays every 6 weeks.
