Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED/ER - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency setting
- Perform strong IV skills and cardiac rhythm interpretation/monitoring
- Manage ventilators and perform medication titration
- Respond effectively to emergency situations associated with STEMI, CVA, and sepsis
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - ED/ER - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Minimum of 2 years of ED experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS certifications
- Preferred TNCC certification
