Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Perform patient assessment and develop care plans for individuals with diverse medical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage ventilators and emergency care equipment
• Communicate effectively with medical teams to coordinate patient care

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Current RN license
• 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications: BLS, NIH, ACLS, PALS
• Preferred certification: TNCC
