Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,485 per week in Crescent City, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience required License: Valid Registered Nurse license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Required charting system experience with Epic - Required trauma level II experience - Travel experience required Description: ER RN needed. Required certifications are ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as per management. Every other weekend is required. Patient ratios are 4:1. The average daily census is between 50-70. Patients include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Skills required include BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, and central line care/management. Must be able to manage continuous IV sedation and emergency medications. Interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias is essential. Isolation precautions and PPE must be adhered to. Management of dysrhythmias and administration/monitoring of procedural sedation is necessary. The role includes triage responsibilities. Compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary. Candidates must provide a 7-year work history verification. Accurate work history going back 7 years is required. All documents must be submitted prior to the start date.
