Candidates must have a valid California RN license. Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS are required. A minimum of two years of emergency room experience is a prerequisite. Candidates should be willing to work weekends as part of their rotation. The role involves managing patient care in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential. Candidates should have experience with charting systems, preferably Epic. It is important to maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals. Previous charge experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
