Candidates must have charge experience. The position requires two or more years of Emergency Room experience. Experience working in a Critical Access Client is essential. This position involves floating to Med/Surg Stepdown. The role consists of 60% Emergency Department responsibilities and 40% Critical Access charge, serving as backup to the Med/Surg ED. Candidates must be willing to care for Stepdown patients and assist with Med/Surg patients. Local candidates are not considered. Candidates must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility. Profile requirements include an Emergency Room skills checklist and a supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment. All licenses and certifications must be current and included in the submission.
