Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Room/Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role focuses on providing critical care to diverse patients, encompassing newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in a fast-paced, 64-bed emergency department. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics
- Manage common emergency diagnoses such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
- Utilize specialized equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
- Participate in floating duties as required
- Demonstrate charge capability as preferred
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- 2+ years of experience in ED with pediatric exposure
- Proven travel experience
- EMR experience with EPIC
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- Valid NY State RN license and NURSYS verification
